Spero & Bill LLC is a licensed travel agency that assists clients with booking hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises, and vacation packages. We act as an agent on behalf of travel suppliers and are not a direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or other travel services.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of the respective travel suppliers. Prices quoted are estimates and are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings. Spero & Bill LLC earns compensation through commissions paid by travel suppliers and does not charge direct service fees to clients.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier, fare type, and booking. We will inform you of applicable policies at the time of booking. Refunds are subject to the individual policies and timelines of the applicable travel supplier. Spero & Bill LLC does not charge client-facing fees and therefore has no fees to refund.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for your destination. Spero & Bill LLC is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or any costs arising from inadequate or incorrect travel documentation.
6. AI Assistant Disclaimer
Billy, our AI travel assistant, provides general travel information and suggestions only. Responses generated by Billy should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or visa advice. Always verify critical travel details — including entry requirements, health advisories, and booking terms — with official sources and our team.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Spero & Bill LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Spero & Bill LLC acts as an agent and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and rental car companies. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid to Spero & Bill LLC for the specific booking in dispute. We are not responsible for losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
